How this all got started.

From easy bake ovens when I was 5, to making my mom random cakes at 6 in the morning, my love for baking has always been there.

Baking is something that has been a part of my life since I was old enough to bake and brings me such joy and truly is so fun. Sharing my little slice of heaven with friends and family is a blessing. I have been gluten free for about 13 years now and something that has always stuck with me is how most gluten free baked goods are dry and frankly lack flavor. So I set out to change that with the things that I bake. Through trials and errors of hundreds of recipes I have found some that have stuck with me. I am starting my bakery off with gluten free cinnamon rolls that are pillow soft, ooey gooey insides and loads of flavor!
